Fuel flap does not lock after locking car.

Can be caused by the flap solenoid failing .

Had a quick look mines not like that one it's just a flap and you have to unscrew the cap to put fuel in.

Should still have a locking mechanism,either solenoid motor or key in cap ,It may not look like the picture above ,also there is a lock delay on some vehicles can be 10 mins to allow fuelling of the vehicle when car locked,hope this information helps.
