Radio controls on head unit don't work except on and off and volume control, steering controls work with radio and audio is playing, climate control isn't working except rear demister button

All i can suggest is trying to re-boot it by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes then see what happens if your radio has a security code make sure you have it before disconnecting the battery.

Prone for faulty head units but would first remove unit and check connections ,only thing it’s the large type removal pins you need to get it out .

I have pulled the radio head unit to check the fuse initially and to check the connection terminals I'll give the battery disconnect a try later when I get back home
