My window wipers are stuttering when going back down more so the passenger side. Even when washing the screen. Any ideas please?

Guessing you tried new wipers?
I would have.
Dirty screens can cause this,
there'll be a part of the sweep where it always judders.
You could try cleaning there with some very VERY fine wire wool,
gauge 0000 if I recall.
