Vauxhall Meriva fuel and temp gauge not working

hi,my partner has just bought a 2003 meriva 1.6 8v design and the fuel and temp gauge are not working any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Common fault on that car is the instrument cluster failure, see below .

Common Faults:
We see a lot of these Dashboard instrument clusters for the Vauxhall Meriva failing and causing temp and fuel guages to read incorrectly, indicator warning lights and rev counter problems.
