Vauxhall Insignia rear indicator failure on dash

I currently have no rear indicators working on my Insignia 2017 >. the LED's work and there is fluctuating voltage coming from the sockets for the indicator bulbs. Several bulbs have been tried (LLB581) but indicators still do not work, is their anything else it could be or does it mean new rear LED lamps?

If not the wiring / plugs , probably need new lamps .
