Vauxhall Insignia intermittent

I have a 2009 vauxhall insignia 1.8 petrol and the climate control works and then goes dead like no power getting to it I've checked all the fuses all fine it's intermittent any advice.

I do have the same problem, when it works it will not save the last setting and when it goes dead, I need to unplug and plug the fuse under the glove box n17 multiple times until it works.
I'm really guessing that this happened after I jumped the car after a flat battery.
not sure if it's a software issue with the body control module or the climate control need to be changed
