Vauxhall Insignia does not recognise p position when parked, impossible to lock and annoying warning sound

Does not recognise P position (well "P" is visible on display but warning sound appears and aditonal text that car is not in p position on another display) , not possible to lock the car and warning sound continues. Bizarre error...

Needs scanning for transmission fault codes and / or transmission selector linkage checked for wear ,

No codes detected, car is rather new, 40000 km only, everything is working normally except sometimes does not recognise p (well normal position display shows p-position but another part of the screen say that gearbox need to be put in p). Warning sound continues for 20 minutes and meanwhile car is not possible to lock). Dingdingdingdingding...for 20 minutes makes me crazy:(

Some scanners are not capable of reading all the various modules that the likes of Tech 2/3 are capable off .
