Vauxhall Insignia no start from overnight

Car: Vauxhall Insignia
Variant: 2.0 diesel
Model Year: 2011
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
I have a problem starting the car first thing in the morning ? Once I bump the car , I can switch it off and it will start no problem and leave it for 4-5 hours then it will start no problem, but when it is left overnight it will not start, just keeps turning over . Glow plugs are good , it runs perfect once its running , no faults found ? Surely if it was an immobiliser fault, it would not start after being bumped or left for a few hours ?

It's important that the battery is up to scratch and cranking at right speed . When was fuel filter last changed ? Other causes of this problem is fuel feedback overnight .Could also check / replace engine coolant temp sensor .

Thank you for the response. Its a brand new battery and its cranking over perfectly apart from starting up first thing . The fuel filter was changed September last year, so I will start with that first then the coolant temp sensor second and see how we go . Thanks for the advice and fingers crossed
