2011 Vauxhall Insignia parking sensors not working

Whenever I press the sensor button it flashes four times and then doesn’t turn on. It will then randomly turn on and the front sensors constantly beep as if I’m about to hit something, then it will turn off at random!
Any advice would be appreciated!

Scan it for fault codes .
