Vauxhall Insignia voice recognition stopped working

I've had the car for about two years now and the voice recognition has always worked but I tried it last week and it doesn't work now. When I press the button nothing happens no voice prompt any ideas.

Hi it probably needs an updated best ring the dealers for advice.
