Vauxhall Insignia power loss

Car: Vauxhall Insignia
Variant: A16LET
Model Year: 2010
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
I have an Insignia 1.6 turbo 2010 A16LET, since 2010. it has been 19 times to fix and always with the same problem. Sometimes when I turn on the car ignition rotations are irregular so are the 1000rpm to ascend to the 3500rpm. Several faults appear on the display (ESP, loss of power in the engine and service soon).
I've had was exchanged 3 times the butterfly valve and the same was cleaned 7 times and finally changed the ECU. Now the problem is back.
Now tell me that is the butterfly valve again!
This problem appears more when air temperatures are very high.
Anyone ever had this problem?
