I took the car into a main dealer to solve the tailgate not opening. They couldn't sort the problem. Now none of the passenger doors will open. The catches pop up but they cannot be opened from inside or out.

As I know the insygnia tailgate lock connector quite often is rusting/loosing connection.
If you cannot open all doors is it happens when you use a key on the driver doors?

I live in Belgium and I have an Opel Insignia sports tourer with the same problem. When your car has the sun roof and the electric trunk it can happen that water gets on the trunkunit that controls the locking and unlocking of the bootlid. I have found one other person in Belgium with the exact same problem but Opel here in Belgium wont recognize this as a designfault.
