Vauxhall Insignia engine service light limp home mode

Car: Vauxhall Insignia
Variant: 2.0 tcdi excluv
Model Year: 2009
Categories: Leaks & Noises
Service light is on. water jacket changed and egr was cleaned. Service light won't go out and not faults showing on diagnostics.
Checked all pipes from water jacket no leaks.
Just drives in limp mode and won't rev past 3000 rpm.
It's strange as tried to take out on a drive to get a fault code but says all OK. Any help would be grateful ly received.

They had problems with the DPF Pressure sensor and I think there was software updates also on that car .
