Vauxhall Grandland X gear stick vibrates occasionally in 4th gear

My recently purchased vehicle that has covered only 17k miles, intermittently has vibration in gear stick when accelerating only. This seems worse when gear change to 4th is delayed slightly between 35-40mph. All other gears are fine and this happens only in 4th gear occasionally.

If it's only happening occasionally and only on 4th gear when driven as you describe , no idea what would cause it .
