Has been in garage changed alternator battery checked electrics can't find problem

Is it a Vauxhall dealership that has carried out the work ? Have they carried out a diagnostic scan for fault codes ? Were the alternator and battery faulty that they replaced or were they only guessing ?

It was an independent garage they tried new battery and alternator..to try find fault..it wasn't that they put back our original parts..they think it's a fuse fault but can't find which
