Vauxhall Grandland X engine fault light repair needed

Driving around and spanner light on dash comes on, next message saying engine fault:repair needed. Only had the car about 9 months and not the first issue I have had with the car. Booked in for a service to see what the issue is.

There have been a few on here and elsewhere that have had problems with the spark plugs on that vehicle .
