What is the reason you are looking for abs sensors ? If you are having probs with abs , it can turn out pretty expensive to repair on that car. here is an example .
1999 Vauxhall Frontera 3.2 Ltd Petrol - Diagnostic Error Code C02069
(1/1)
LISA:
I have had my car into the local Vauxhall dealer for an ABS light diagnostic. As well as a brake switch and abs wheel sensor code it has also returned code C0269 with a description of "Excessive Dump Time"
The ABS sensor has been replaced at a cost of £385 as the one hour labour quote turned into 3.5 hours as they had difficult removing a seized bolt?? But I have not had the 'brake switch' done as I know it's a bit temporamental as it tells me occasionally there is a brake light out when there isn't - I can live with that.
On leaving the dealers following the wheel sensor replacement, the abs light came back on 200 yards up the road, but they said it was because of this error "excessive Dump Time" code which they will not tell me what it means without me spending an additional £200 for 'futher investigation?' and then x amount on fixing the problem, which I think is outrageous!
Has anyone any idea what this means, to save me a few bob??
Many Thanks
Lisa

Unforunately that's a nasty error code to have.
Inside the ABS hydraulic unit there are various electronically operated valves. One set of these are the return valves (aka dump valve) The code you have only tells us that the time the dump vales are open is longer than the time allowed, it does not (and can not) tell us why they are open longer. It could be that one or more of them is faulty, or there is a physical blockage in the hydraulic unit, or the ECU is faulty, or possibly a wiring fault in between.
It will take more diagnostic time to determine the actual problem and if it's the hydraulic unit or ECU it's going to be expensive!
I would advise you have it looked at by a good independant garage.
Best regards
Derek

Many Thanks for your reply Derek.
Since posting originally, Vauxhall have agreed to do the 'further investigation' for free (There is a God!) due to me complaining about the poor service I had received from them.
The car is currently in with them at the moment so fingers crossed it is a wiring fault or blockage that can be easily (and cheaply) resolved - If not it's bye bye Frontera time!
I'll post up the fault details when I get them, for information to others.
Cheers

Just got my car back and thankfully the problem is not the hydraulic unit.
They have said though that the front left hand abs sensor (which I have had replaced) is still giving off an erratic signal, with
possible causes being the wiring, or the abs ecu unit.
And the "Excessive Dump Time" code is no longer showing???
Which would be the cheaper option to persue? I know I need an auto-electrician to advise on the wiring problem
but being a total berk when it comes to cars, will they be able to quote for the work or is it just hit and miss and I will be hit with a large bill for their time? I don't wish to be ripped off any further! :'( Anyone know any honest one's in the Manchester Area?
Failing that, can anyone advise where I might get hold of a 2nd hand ABS ECU Control Unit? There are a few on Ebay but none for my particular model of car - typical!!
Many Thanks
