Vauxhall Frontera wont rev high lack of power

It wont rev above 2000 rpm, like it loses power... I changed fuel temperature sensor in fuel pump but stil same problem

Scan it and see what shows . Too many possibilities , fuel filter , partially plugged cat or exhaust to name some .
