Vauxhall Frontera cuts out, no warning lights, but easily restarts

Car: Vauxhall Frontera
Variant: 2.2i limited
Model Year: 2001
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Driving the car, starts to loose power, rough running, loss of power and cuts out.
Turn ignition off straight back on and and it starts and drives.

No management light, no warning lights, other than normal ignition light due to not running.

Any ideas?????

I have never done one on that car .In that case I would put on ramp and trace fuel line from tank till filter located .This link is for a Vauxhall Vectra which MAY be similar but cant be sure. Best I can do to help you ,

Changed fuel filter, no difference. Vauxhall placed in diagnostic and it said cam shaft sensor, fitted no difference.

Any ideas, as it no longer makes sense, although u can now drive through the low power, stuttering and hold the throttle to 2000 revs and hear it hunt (similar to choke being left on)
But it does this at any time 1 minute into journey or 30 minutes, and between 1/2 Mike to 10 miles.

Please note it can sit on drive all day and not miss a beat.
