Vauxhall Crossland X
it's automatic and there is power loss, can't get over 30mph, and it revs like it needs to change gear

Car does move, very slow , loss of power when foot is flat to the floor, takes a while for the car to speed up, and the gears sound like they need to change but revs like it's a manual car, I have it booked in on Friday for a service but need to know whether I can take it in sooner for a mechanic to look at?

Needs more than a service , needs a diagnostic scan carried out for stored fault codes . If Vauxhall dealership , should be under the warranty in rectifying faults .Unless it's the clutches slipping inside box or a sensor fault on transmission .
