Vauxhall Corsa abs light on and speedo not working!!

Variant: 1.4 exclusiv
Model Year: 2005

I recently gave somebody a jump start and my car was fine.. Until I switched the engine off for a couple of minutes, then starting my car again I notices the ABS Light was on and not going off and the speedo wasn't working and the car felt juddery like it had no power... Can anybody help?? What's the best thing to do??

Sounds like faulty abs / speed sensor .
