hi when i turn on my lights at night time my rear break lights stay on which means everyone thinks i am breakink, when i press the break nothing happens.

one of the rear stop/tail light bulbs is incorrectly fitted.if you have replaced one of these bulbs check it is fitted correctly and is the right bulb.whats happening is when you apply the brakes the voltage goes through the bulb and back up the sidelight line so they go on as well.
a bulb could be faulty (shorted out inside)remove one at a time till fault goes and replace that one.

with you say when you press the brake nothing happens that would say to me either your bulbs have blown or your brake light switch has come adrift and just wants relocating back in its housing under the steering wheel below the dash board look at these im sure one of them will cure the problem for you
