Vauxhall Corsa brakes are stuck in freezing conditions

Car: Vauxhall Corsa
Variant: GLS
Model Year: 1999
Categories: Leaks & Noises
When there is an overnight frost in the morning the brake pedal is stuck down fast. We took it to the garage and they checked the pads and nothing. When the pedal is pressed under normal conditions, there is a squlching noise, any ideas? is there water in the brake fluid?

I would advise that the fluid is changed and if it sorts it you should find out if there is a lot of water getting into the system, if the water gets too hot there will be bubbles in the system and the brakes will fail completely
