I can’t play any audio from radio or Bluetooth. When I press the screen it will make a sound but I can’t find anything that can help fix it

Sometimes on different cars if you disconnect the negative (black cable) terminal for 30 mins and then reconnect it reboots the system and fixes SOME faults . whether it would work on your car , cant say
