After a software update following a recall we have lost some functions of the car. Auto full beam missing, comfort preferences no longer there. We have aslo go issues with the keys being recognised. Spare doesn't work at all and the main key was intermittent but noweven the buttons dont work and we have to open the car with the physical key. It has also not detected the key at the end of a journey causing the systems to fail. Stop start doesn't work either. Pretty much the car is now a bag of bolts

Take it back to whoever updated the software recall for fixing ASAP

Really poor service if that's the response , unfortunately not much you can do about it

Hi there
Ive just got the same car from Motorpoint, and the same year. It seems to be doing the same as yours, although I turned the stop start off as dont like it, so cant comment about that.
Did your problem get sorted??
Im off to a Vauxhall dealer on Friday and they are wanting to charge me for a diagnostic!! Which seems unfair as the car is under warranty still.
I also have noticed, so far, that the alarm went off for no reason and the headlights were flashing one night when walked up to it from the shops - no key was on me for the car at the time.
Did you also have any issues with the infotainment system?
Was it sorted after the update done?
I really hope you see this message and are able to update x.
