Vauxhall Corsa engine not starting correctly

Variant: 1.2 16 VALVE CORSA CLUB 3 DOOR.

when starting engine first time when the engine is cold the fast idle is not working/not coming on and engine will not rev up when accelerator is pressed cannot set off from were its parked up, after the engine starts to warm on idle after 5 to 10 minuets i can pull away and accelerating through the gears and engine is under load at 3 to 4000 rpm it start holding back/hesitating but no engine orange warning light comes from the ecu which has been checked with fault finder analizer computor and no fault codes shown up! does any body know whats causing the problem. thanks .

Car needs checked with Tech 3 or equivalent for fault codes . Some " fault finder analizer computor " are useless . Possibly engine coolant temp sensor or TPS ( throttle position sensor ) Could check plug / connector at accelerator pedal and throttle body . They normally would throw a code but not always .
