Vauxhall Corsa drivers side door
Variant: i.0 comfort
Model Year: 2001
Can not lock the drivers side door manually, any ideas as key will not turn at all but will turn in ignition ???.

What year is car ? Was it locking before ?Wrong key ?

Yes the key was working fine , then it just would not turn in the barrel and the year is 2001 I know its old but any ideas would be fantastic

WD 40 or similar in key slot of barrel and a bit of patience working back and forth usually frees off . If not you may need to pull door trim and check linkage / barrel set up and spray from inside and manually operate to free off .

Will try that have used WD40 on the door mech will try the barrel and get the inside mech as well , thanks for your help it is really appreciated
