Car stuttering whilst being driven and also when sitting at traffic lights.
Was advised to take for diagnostic testing which I did today, and no faults were identified.

The car has only driven just over 42,000 miles and I have only driven 3,000 miles since I purchased the vehicle in May of this year. I bought this vehicle on Hire Purchase and have only had the car for 5 months.
Who would be responsible for paying for any repairs needed. Do Vauxhall know about this fault? The car was purchased from Arnold Clark, Dock Street, Dundee.

Who carried out the diagnostic ? was it Vx dealership ? With the EML light on it should have triggered a fault code .Repairs needed would be down to you as car is well out of warranty .Coil pack and plugs , if needing replaced would be classed as routine maintenance / repairs and also down to you .Did any one road test the car with you to see the misfire first hand ?

If your car has run out of warranty it's up to the owner even if it's a common fault. All car have common faults.

Under warranty or not , routine maintenance / service items are not covered by manufacturers warranty .
