Vauxhall Corsa emulsion on oil cap

Car: Vauxhall Corsa
Variant: 1.2 Design Twinport
Model Year: 2005
Categories: Leaks & Noises
Car done 63,000 and garage say's emulsion on filler cap normal, because of condensation of plastic breather pipes. Is this true? or is it a sign of head gasket going.

Perfectly normal on that car .Family member had new car years back and you could remove dollops from filler cap and under cover .Bad design , not the breather pipes .If head gasket you would be losing coolant .
