Vauxhall Corsa starting problem

Car: Vauxhall Corsa
Variant: 1.2
Model Year: 1997
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
If there has been rain overnight my car won't start the next morning i have to bump start it to get it going. (It starts fine in dry weather) When i get the car going i only have to drive 2 minutes down the road before it cuts out, but again this only happens after it has been raining. Someone said it was because the car was damp, I have no idea what this means, can anyone please help?

If it is damp what does that mean and what can i do about it?

Try spraying all electrics with a ignition damp seal .
