Vauxhall Combo mileometer has just gone blank

On my display everything Is illuminated but the mileage odometer has just gone blank I had A new tyre fitted to the nearside front wheel and It seems the problem has been since that 4 days ago?

Check the wiring / speed sensor which on some models is fitted to the n/s/f front hub .
