is there a easy way to open from outside?

Usually no,
I'd either go to a breakers and look at the same make /model and try to work out access that way.
Or take it to a body repair shop,
These guys are adept at this kind of thing.

Provided it's not broken from bonnet lock , pull both inner / outer cable together whilst someone pushes down on bonnet .Sometimes works .
