Vauxhall Combo battery warning light on

The battery warning light is staying on, but the charging voltage on the battery is 13.86 volts. Any ideas please?

On some models the battery warning light was controlled by a seperate relay located behind the drivers footwell panel/ side kick panel .(Green relay ? )
