2015 Vauxhall Cascada my roof opened automatically and now it won’t close! help!!

My roof opened automatically and now it won’t close! Sometimes the roof won’t open at all, sometimes it will open half way but not seal and lock the roof in near the windscreen, what is the cause/how do I fix it?

Have had that happen on other cars and was caused by low car battery . Worth getting battery LOAD tested and eliminated as a possible cause before getting too involved looking for other faults
