Vauxhall Astra engine judders/noise

Car: Vauxhall Astra
Variant: 1.7 cdti estate
Model Year: 2007
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
My car on start up makes a lot of noise, i know its diesel but this is louder than normal and when you pull away in 1st gear it shudders a bit. After its warmed up it gets better but its still there. I have taken it to be tested and the ecu reports no faults. It pulls away quick without any smoke and under 2000 rpm its noticable above that and its gone. Ive tried injector cleaner, changed all the filters and although it doesnt affect the drive of the car, its just to lumpy. Im using the better quality diesel so thats ok, ive had all belts and filters changed but its still there.

What about engine oil and filter , when was that last changed using correct / good oil ?

Ive had the oil and filters changed twice just to make sure it wasnt that. It seems like when your pulling away, its only firing on 3 cylinders, but they've been checked and they're perfect. When the engine warms up it does get better but it doesnt go.
