Probably best to get scanned and see what shows .This is from a Vauxhall forum ,
Hi,
Don't know if this any help or not but I am having a similar problem with my 2000 zafira DTI 2.0 lit. Starts fine from cold but wont start from hot when it's been standing for about 20 mins. Just cranks over but wont fire at all. If I leave it for an hour or so, it starts first time. Runs like a bird when it's going. Tried all the usual, fuel filter, checked spill off pipes, changed crank speed sensor etc. (See my thread on Zafira Hot Starting Problem.) Finally gave in and took it to main dealer. Same code on computer -1345. Fault finally diaognosed as pump sensor.
Don't want to worry you but on the zafira, pump has to come off and be sent away to specialist for the sensor to be changed and re calibrated to the pump. Whole lot has to be then refitted and set up with ECU. (This is all according to main dealer) Looks as though the bill is going to be around a grand!! According to the mechanic, on the earlier and later versions of the 2 lit diesel, the sensor could be taken off with the pump in place so if this is the same fault on your car, just keep your fingers crossed that the pump doesn't have to come off!
Hope this is of some help,
Buckshot
that sensor is part of pump
