Not much power and very slow on the uptake when accelerator pedal is depressed.This is worse when the engine is hot - like when I have been sitting in a trraffic que a while. Could this simply be due to a carbon build up in the exhaust pipe?

It could be that it is not fireing on all cylinders, does it feel lumpy at idle, if so i would start with new plugs and check plug leads etc
