I TOOK MY CAR TO A MOTOR SAVE AND THEY TOOK THE 4 COILS OFF AND THE SPARK PLUGS TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AS ON THE DIAGNOSTICS IT SAID IT WAS IN CYLINDER 1 THEY SAID IT MIGHT BE THE PISTON HEAD OR ALL THE COILS GONE AS 2 SPARK PLUGS HAD BURNT OUT AND ALSO TAKES A FAIR BIT OF OIL, THERE FOR BEING VERY EXPENSIVE. ANY IDEAS ???

I would go somewhere else for a second opinion . They should be able to test if any coils knackered and need replaced. If plug not firing it would foul up .If suspect cyl. best they carry out a compression test. If o.k replacing plugs and coils as needed may cure fault.
