Car Judders at low revs can usually mean that there is a Dodgy Engine Mount.

I suggest taking your car to a local garage and ask to inspect, or have a quick visual inspection of the mounts itself and see if they move more than they should. if any of them are, then get them replaced. Not too difficult if you know how.

Hope this helps.

Could be engine mount as suggested , but could be coil pack breaking down causing engine to drop a cyl . hence running rough / misfiring for a moment before clearing .
