Vauxhall Astra heated seats not working but dashboard lighting up

Car: Vauxhall Astra
Variant: 1.4 turbo
Model Year: 2017
As stated when the heated seats (both driver and passenger) switches are pressed the 3 red dots light up on the dashboard but there is no heat coming through either seat, is this a fuse problem and if so which fuse is it because the manual which came with the car seems to cover several models but mine doesn't resemble it, also is there likely to be a spare fuse in the box I can substitute?
