I came in my car and was puddle in the gear stick, seems to be coming from the interior light bit

I f no sun roof , usually the windscreen seal / bonding leaking .

No sun roof,

Couldn’t see a leak on the seal by the windscreen,

However I came out today and was no rain leaking but it was absolutely throwing it down

Strange . if bonded screen hard to see . You dont have an aerial at the front either which can leak rainwater . Possibly if you have roof rails on that model ?

I have an aerial on the back but I am parked facing down on a steep hill so maybe it’s running through there and just finding the easiest place to come out ?

I knew the aerial was on the back and dismissed it because of that . On other cars we had where it leaked water they were all on front , some leaking through the sun visors / interior lights but anything is possible though you would think the head cloth would be wet . If i can think of anything else . I'll post it
