Vauxhall Astra infotainment screen does not dim at night/dark

infotainment screen does not dim at night. V Replaced screen under warranty approx 12mnths and a bit later same problem. V now done a full analysis suggesting a new screen possible, cause battery being low (50%) through lack of driving. Battery checked independently OK . Took car on 250mile run and purchased Battery toper up tickle charger. Fault still present anybody with same problem

You need to get your battery LOAD tested and battery voltage tested after lying overnight , prior to starting . Dont know why the screen wont dim at night usually options in settings menu

I have just purchased a 2017 astra estate diesel and I have tried the settings for the screen and auto just don't work. I keep on night display so not blinded at night
