Vauxhall Astra radio working but no sound

My My sound system radio is working but no sound from radio or when I plug into my phone.
The touch buttons make a sound when i press them but no sound from radio or any music played.
Please help

Check the settings in case you have accidently muted the system .If not that , you could pull the fuses for the infotainment centre for a few mins and refit which usually reboots the system and often fixes some faults
