Vauxhall Astra exhaust gases indicator on again

Car: Vauxhall Astra
Variant: 1.6
Model Year: 2006
Categories: Leaks & Noises
Have problem with Exhaust Gases as Indicator lights up whenever the car gets drenched. It's persistent: alright in fine weather then once it pours with rain and car gets damp it plays up. What can it be? Have had thermostat changed also oxygen sensor.
Raised the problem about a month ago. Am now fed-up with the price of main dealers charge for a test. Cannot keep on like this.

If it,s wet weather related then possibly water getting into your electrics and if it,s lambda related then why not try cleaning and taping up the wiring that,s exposed to your exhaust probe and any other wiring that is evident and connectors that could be cause.
