Vauxhall Astra cant turn headlights off.

Car: Vauxhall Astra
Variant: 1.7 CDTI
Model Year: 2005
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Hi newby here just got a problem in that my headlights are on all the time regardless of switch position, only way to turn off is turn ignition off and remove key, ive already removed the button panel and unplugged switch to check it wasnt stuck in 'on', i cant find any relays in fuse box that turns them off so was wondering is the engine management in charge of lights.

Ive also disconnected battery for 10 mins to try reboot computer management.... any help appreciated.

If its an Astra h it could have been programmed in to cim module if you want to turn them off need to be reprogrammed at your locale vauxhall garage
