Vauxhall Astra engine giving a splutter or missing

Car: Vauxhall Astra
Variant: 1.7dti
Model Year: 2003
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
When the outside temp gets down to 13 degrees i get a splutter or miss on the engine, I am running the car on bio fuel but had the problem when i bought it on normal diesel at the time. If anything it is better now on bio than before.
When the temp is higher it runs very smooth without any blip at all

Thanks

all i can suggest is replace the filters on the diesel and the bio fuel and see how you go as there could be some dirt clogging it up over time
