Vauxhall Astra dell boy - gear change

Hi, starts from fresh ok but after approx 5mins becomes awkward to change"notchy", almost like changing in 2 stages, neutral then engage. Changing while stationary with engine NOT running smooth, with engine running not so smooth but not as bad as when in motion

Could be a fault with the hydraulics i.e master cyl or slave cyl losing pressure or may be general wear on the clutch assembly itself .

Some of that model also suffered from DMF (DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL ) failure .

when you change gear in the 2 stages do you have to lift off the clutch when in nautral then depress clutch again to change into gear. is there any vibrations or rattles when the clutch is depressed. found this about other people experiencing problems with the flywheels. http://www.astraownersclub.com/vb/showthread.php?t=268349
