Passenger side and rear doors won't open from inside or out the battery wouldn't work in the key fob have batteries changed and programed the key but they still won't open

Vauxhall antara...make a noise in gear moves off in first gear but as soon as i put it into 2nd it judders and looses speed...what can the issue be?
