Vauxhall Antara traction control lights

Car: Vauxhall Antara
Variant: 2.0 td
Model Year: 2010
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & LightsSteering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
Had all new abs sensors. Replaced two front wheel bearings and no faults showing but ASR and Traction control light still on. Garage says it is now a sensor fault on steering column. Is this correct.

What is ASR light mean on that car ? The only sensor I'm aware of is the steering angle sensor and whether that would fix it I dont know . If faulty it should trigger a fault code .
