Vauxhall Antara lost clutch after being laid up to repair turbo.

Car: Vauxhall Antara
Variant: 2ltrCDTi SE
Model Year: 2007
Categories: Gearbox & Clutch
Hi peeps,
Have had my car off the road for a couple of months whilst I repaired the turbo, fitted new rear bearings and front disc.
Due to the colour of the brake and steering fluids being dark brown I changed those.
After all this I went to take it for a road test only to find no clutch pressure, it is separate from the brake system and has no visible leaks. I have tried to vent the system but cannot get it to re-pressurize.
Does anyone know if this is going to be the Master or Slave cylinder?

Is it not a joint reservoir for brake / clutch fluid ?

Clutch is separate from brake unit.
clutch reservoir had sooty type contamination, tried to bleed through but only a small amount vented out -Removed reservoir and the regulator which it seems replaces the external slave cylinder - took that off and cleaned it put back on
and used air with the nipple removed to clear the line.
Put the nipple back in - filled with fresh fluid, released bleed screw 1 turn and pressurised the reservoir with slight air pressure until nipple leaked. Tightened nipple then proceeded to vent as regular.
Started to to get pressure with good response from bleeder, so finished procedure.
Started the engine - pushed in the clutch "no pressure" cannot engage gears.
Now lost but cannot find visible fluid leak.
I believe it must be leaking inside the the bell housing at the slave cylinder.
